We're dedicated to dispatching the products promptly once orders are placed and offer free Standard Shipping for orders over $30 to all our customers. Our products are dispatched twice a day on weekdays, ensuring rapid delivery. The initial dispatch occurs at 11 AM, followed by a second dispatch at 2 PM. This schedule guarantees that most orders placed are shipped on the same day, allowing Australia Post to collect and process your items promptly.

We offer a variety of shipping options for your convenience as highlighted below:

Standard Shipping (within Australia) - We provide a Free Standard Post service with a tracking number for orders over $30, offering you peace of mind and ensuring prompt delivery across Australia. Shipping cost is added at checkout for all orders priced below $30.

The following outlines the estimated delivery schedules for various states, based on our operations from Brisbane. For orders within Queensland (QLD), delivery is projected to occur within 2-4 business days, in alignment with Australia Post's guidelines. For deliveries to all other states, the estimated time frame may extend to 3-6 business days depending on the location.

Disclaimer from Australia Post : While we endeavor to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in our delivery network at the relevant time. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting

Express Shipping (within Australia) - The delivery times provided below are approximate. Although Australia Post commits to next business day delivery for the specified postcodes, we cannot ensure these timelines due to our separate operational status. However, it is worth noting that we typically have not encountered issues achieving these estimated delivery times.

We also offer Free Express Shipping for orders over $150.

Local Delivery (within Brisbane) - Orders placed within a 30KM radius of Brisbane city are eligible for delivery at an additional cost of $35. If you require the items promptly or urgently, this option offers the quickest delivery to avoid any delays in postage time. We guarantee delivery to your location within 48 hours of placing your order.

Local Pickup- To avoid shipping costs, orders can be picked up directly from the warehouse typically after 3 hours of order placement. Our pickup service is available until 9:00 PM, offering flexibility and convenience for planning your pickup time.If the order is placed after 6PM that can be collected anytime from 9 AM next day.
